Digital business cards are SAAS products (Software As A Service) available on a subscription basis. With a subscription, subscribers receive a digital business card, a personalized domain name, server maintenance, and customer support.

The digital business card can be updated at any time through the subscriber's account if their business information changes.

To cancel your subscription log into your account, go to the account section and click on close/cancel account. No refunds on subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions 30 days prior to your subscription renews.

After submitting your order, or payment you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and your login credentials, login to our dashboard. A tutorial video will pop up guiding your though the steps of creating your own digital business card.

We offer 24 - 7 customer support via our support ticket system. Simply go to support email at the top of the page in your account and leave.

We offer the option for you to create your own digital business card. Simple login and follow the step by step instructions in the tutorial videos. Using this do-it-yourself option, you can have your digital business card completed just a few minutes as long as you have your content and any images ready for uploading into your digital business card.

You can edit your digital business card anytime by logging into your account dashboard. If you’re not familiar with how to edit your digital business card pages, simply watch the tutorial videos that will walk you through the process.

Card change requests are also accepted via our support ticket system for an extra fee. Once you submit a support ticket you will receive further instructions along with the cost to make the changes for you.
